They have to be the ultimate meal, you can add so much nutritious value to them and they are perfect for all types of occasions, whether it be a light lunch, a quick healthy afternoon tea or for people who are recovering for illness or operations and don’t feel like eating much.
At our house we have a smoothie most days and I always feel so impressed with how these tasty drinks are packed with so many beneficial ingredients, but still manage to taste like a guilty treat!
I have kept things pretty basic with this strawberry banana yoghurt smoothie, but feel free to add in any of your favorite extras.
