Easy Chia Seed Jam

  • ½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  1. Mash or puree the raspberries
  2. add the chia seeds and stir well to combine
  3. Place in the fridge overnight or a least 1 hour
  4. Enjoy
