Ingredients
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Instructions
  1. mash or blend raspberries with coconut milk
  2. Add chia seeds
  3. pour into a small bowl or ramekin
  4. Set in the fridge for a least an hour or overnight
