Pumpkin Spice Donuts or Muffins

Ingredients
  • Wet Ingredients
  • 3\4 Cup Milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1\4 cup Powdered Glucose (We used/recommend Dextrose)
  • 1 cup of mashed pumpkin
  • 120g butter (softened)
  • 1\4 cup of vanilla or plain yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1\4 teaspoon almond extract
  • Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg & ground ginger
  • ½ ground cloves
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 170C/338F
  2. Combine all of the wet ingredients in your food processor and blend until smooth
  3. Sift all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and then pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and fold through (do not overmix)
  4. Grease a muffin, or donut pan
  5. muffins or fill to about 3\4 full or to the top of the pan if you like the "muffin top" look
  6. donuts only fill just over half way up the donut pan
  7. Place in your preheated oven and bake for 22 mins
