- 1 banana (frozen if possible)
- 1.5 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons flaxseed oil
- 1 teaspoon probiotics powder
- 1 or 2 ginger tea ice cubes (see post)
- Put milk in blender first and then all other ingredients and blend until creamy and thick
