Kale Spinach & Berry Smoothie

- ½ cup Blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- 1 banana (frozen if possible)
- 11/2 cups natural yoghurt with live cultures
- ¼ cup milk or water
- handful of baby kale or spinach or mix of both
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy
- Pour into glasses and serve
