Grilled Cheese & Pastrami

Serves: 1 serve
- 3 slices of your favourite cheese
- 4 slices of Pastrami
- 2 slices of your favourite bread
- Butter
- 2 slices of finely sliced Red onion
- small handful of Baby Kale or Spinach
- 1 teaspoon of sugar free Tomato relish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter one side of the bread, make sure buttered side is on the outside of the sandwich press
- Spread opposite side of bread with sugar free tomato relish
- Layer over Pastrami
- Top with Red onion
- Add Kale or Spinach
- salt and pepper
- Place your cheese on last so it's on top and melts over everything
- Put into sandwich press until cheese melts
