Tropical Overnight Granola

- ½ cup granola
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup of coconut milk or your prefered milk
- ½ cup of your favourite sugar free yoghurt
- ½ cup pineapple
- place all ingredients in a mason jar or bowl and stir until well combined
- Refrigerate overnight
- Serve in the morning as is or top with toasted coconut, pineapple and slithered almonds
