Creamy Cauliflower Mash

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut up into florets
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Optional
  • 1 glove of garlic
  1. Steam cauliflower and garlic (if using) until soft.
  2. Drain, reserving some of the liquid
  3. place cauliflower, garlic, butter, salt, pepper in the bowl of your food processor
  4. Process until smooth and creamy
  5. Use extra butter, milk or cooking water to reach desired consistency
