Ingredients
  • ½ cup thick greek style yoghurt
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 teaspoons flaxseed oil
  • 1 cup of your favourite milk
  • Optional : 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup
Instructions
  1. put all ingredients into a bender and blend until smooth
  2. pour into glasses and serve
