Mixed Berry Smoothie

- ½ cup thick greek style yoghurt
- ½ cup frozen mixed berries
- 2 teaspoons flaxseed oil
- 1 cup of your favourite milk
- Optional : 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup
- put all ingredients into a bender and blend until smooth
- pour into glasses and serve
